Click the Book Now link to find out current dates. Sign up to what suits you, try us on for size, see how you go and build up your bank slowly, one summit, one step at a time. We hike at a gentle group pace so everyone can enjoy the mountains.

During the winter months (i.e. until the clocks spring forward), walks will leave their meeting point at an earlier time than our summer walks to make up for less daylight. Prepare to arrive for 9am sharp unless alternative time is given in your booking follow up email.

Groups will be limited in size to 10* for myriad reasons, including:

  • Safety
  • Sustainability
  • Ease of the chats
  • An opportunity to learn from us along the way

You will be guided by qualified, experienced Mountain Leaders.

  • €32pp per hike. (Choose ‘I booked a hike/digital subscription’, don’t pay for shipping).
  • Do 1 Clean Up Day (organised by us as a community event), get 1 FREE Hike. Code supplied afterwards.

We’ll provide you with a full kit list and pin drop of meeting point once the waiver/registration and payment are received. Click the Book Now link to find out current dates.

Highest 100 Irish Peaks Hiking Series

Can I come alone?

Yes, most people do – you make friends fast on the hills, so soon you’ll be chatting away as if you’ve known each other years.

What do I need to bring with me?

A full kit list is issued upon booking, but check out this post for information on how to prepare for a hike: https://store.adventure.ie/blogs/tips/preparing-for-a-hike/

Can children come along?

Participants must be 16 and over. Minors must be accompanied by an adult.

What if I don’t have some of the kit list?

If you turn up without the essential items on the kit list: rainwear- tops & bottoms and boots in particular, you will NOT be taken on the hill. We will not issue any refunds for anyone who we refuse to bring on the hill.

Can we book this privately for myself or a group on another date?

Yes, for sure.

What is your cancellation policy?

50% of your booking fee may be transferred to another date/activity subject to availability, if we are able to re-sell your place, otherwise there is no refund. If we need to cancel due to weather warnings or other Force Majeure event beyond our control, we will reschedule. If the rescheduled date does not suit, you can choose another hike in the series instead.

Can I bring my dog?

No, unfortunately not.

Do you have a 100% success rate for summiting?

Be wary of anyone who guarantees a summit. Our number 1 priority is the safety and enjoyment of everyone in the group. The summit is secondary to that. Whilst it is our goal, it is never guaranteed. That is the nature of being in the mountains. Your guide may alter the route at any time based on their years of training and judgement. The reasons may or may not be communicated to you.

What is not included in the price?

Anything not explicitly listed as included.
