Mountain Challenge

Set in the heart of the spectacular Wicklow Mountains you’ll enjoy the best scenery the Mountains have to offer. Groups love our Mountain Challenge.

After an initial briefing your group will be divided into a number of smaller teams and then compete on a number of fun teambuilding challenges and activities on the mountain side. Points are awarded accordingly.

Then, each team are equipped with a map and must find their way to a number of stations on the open mountain. A briefing on mountain navigation will give you all the information you need to find your way around. You’ll be working against the clock as you find your way around the orienteering course. At each station you will find an orienteering flag and a punch which you use to prove you were there.

On your Mountain Challenge the activities choosen will depend on the weather conditions and the group’s ability.

This is a brilliant way to see the beautiful uplands areas of the Dublin & Wicklow Mountains. You can make a full day of it by going to Glendalough and including Scrambling, Abseiling and Rock Climbing.

We can also custom design an event to suit your group. This event is mobile and can be run in any mountain area in Ireland, UK and across Europe. We can also work with your trainer or coach to develop a program to enhance your teams leadership, communications, team player and listening skills.
