Summit Hike & camp Wicklow

Would you like to trek to one of Wicklow’s high summits and watch the sun setting over the mountains from your tent? Our Summit Hike & Camp Wicklow is just what you need!

The Wicklow Mountains are a beautiful place to camp and some of its summits are ideal for wild camping. We have the equipment, knowledge and experience to bring you to the best of them!

You share a tent with your family member(s) or friend(s), so you will need to rope someone in to join you!

Fees: 2 people: €190. 3 people: €240. Includes tents, stove, food and guides. A minimum of 6 people is required for this experience.

Weather will dictate which summit we go for and where is best to camp, but we will meet early afternoon on day 1, equipment is issued, and we start out trek to high camp. Along the way, we’ll teach you about navigation, the mountain’s flora & fauna and handy tips to keep you safe in the hills – if you want to learn.

Once we reach our summit campsite we establish camp for the night. You prepare your own camp dinner on the stoves and sit out for hopefully a beautiful evening in the depths of the mountains. We learn about Leave No Trace and how it applies to us and the next morning we break camp and leave nothing but our thanks behind!
