Adventure Day Wicklow
Join us for an action-packed adventure day in Wicklow.
Our adventure day is available from our adventure base in Laragh, Glendalough. Click here for location.
We run this on set dates but it’s also available for private bookings with your group.
You’ll rotate through 4 interactive and exciting workshops throughout the day:
- Camp Craft: learn how to use various camp stoves, how and what to cook on them.
- Navigation: get the basics of map navigation and learn how to keep yourself safe on the hill.
- Bushcraft / Survival Skills: our ex-SA Navy expert will teach you some exciting skills on fire-starting and shelter building
- Wilderness First Aid: what do you do when it all goes wrong? Practical and easy to remember skills to help you deal with stressful situations.
Our day kicks off at 10am, we’ll divide into 4 groups with each group rotating through each of the workshops. Everybody will get to take part in each adventure workshop. It’s an interactive experience and you’ll get hands-on experience with all of the skills. You’ll take away new and fun skills that you can use on your own adventures.
These public sessions are open to individuals, small groups and anyone 16 years of age or over. Adventure Day Wicklow.
We spend the whole day outdoor in the wilderness, bring your outdoor clothing and lunch/snacks.
