It’s no secret that planning a trip takes a lot of work and research. Even your average holiday takes time and effort to put together. And if you’re looking at this page, chances are that you are not looking for an average holiday!

Why not benefit from our decades of experience doing this? We invest the time and passion on your behalf, so you can hit the ground running… or hiking, on snow-shoes or skis.

If you have a certain level of experience* and would like to venture out on your own, booking consultancy time with us, not only offers you the opportunity to cut chunks of time off your research. It gives you the confidence to get out there and do it.

Your mentoring / consultancy session can include advice on a wide range of logistics and planning considerations such as; acclimatisation, nutrition and hydration, navigation and maps, huts and refuge use, responsible wild camping, wilderness first aid, rescue and emergency procedures and more.

Expedition Consultancy: Who’s it for?

For those of you who would like to try something other than an organised group experience, but are short on the time that goes into the pre-planning. You know how to navigate, have an idea of what you’d like to do and just want to save time and effort in some or all of the research and planning.

*We will offer you realistic advice based on your skill-set and prior experience. Whilst training and mentoring can form part of your consultancy package to up-skill in areas you feel weak, any consultancy provided is not an indication of your readiness to undertake any expedition. You do so, entirely at your own risk.

Equipment Hire

Subject to availability, we may even have the equipment you need to avoid expensive purchases.

Don’t forget, if you get cold feet or your mate bails on you, you can still hop onto one of our planned expeditions.

Self-guided tours

For those of you who want to go it independently, but want us to undertake the planning and logistics (except flights and insurance) on your behalf – booking accommodation, in-country transfers, meals etc., and be your back link support. Examples might include multi-day trekking in The Alps, The Atlas mountains, Scandanavia and Greenland.
